NFT News of the Week

Hyperspace Exits Solana and Sui

NFT marketplace Hyperspace is sunsetting its operations on the Solana and Sui networks. Scheduled to occur on September 17, the move requires non-fungible collectors and creators to migrate their NFTs to other platforms.

But wait! There’s good news, as Hyperspace has a non-fungible presence on the Avalanche network. You see, Hyperspace originally launched on Solana before subsequently expanding to Avalanche and Sui. Even though this could mean goodbye for the marketplace on two blockchains, its continued existence on AVAX is a big deal.

Could this mean that the Avalanche NFT market is flourishing? Will Hyperspace return? Guess no further and immense yourself in the details.

NFT Event of the Week

Tigerbob: Elysian Garden Playing Cards

Fashion brand Tigerbob has brought fashion into the non-fungible realm. Through 216-piece pixel card illustrations called Tigerbob: Elysian Garden Playing Cards, the collection explores the unique blend between NFT playing cards and physical textiles.

Handmade by Gossamer Rozen, the NFT collection is inspired by standard French-suited playing cards with a unique and artistic twist. Each card features dozens of new pixel art designs, adding to the visual language of the Tigerbob world.

This collection is divided into four distinct decks or colorways, each containing 52 standard playing cards, one joker, and one card back. Unlike many other NFTs, these cards are not generative. Gossamer created all 216 cards ahead of time, ensuring that each is truly unique. Now that’s something!

Love the aesthetics? Then, you should join the drop. Don’t miss it!
