All fans of Joy Division's music, great art, and exclusive collectibles can rejoice as a group of creatives has teamed up to launch an audiovisual NFT project aimed at paying tribute to the iconic rock band's legacy.

Dubbed 'CP1919', it will commemorate the 44th anniversary since the release of Joy Division’s album “Unknown Pleasures” by Factory Records. The upcoming drop will feature two NFTs: an open edition made in a monochromatic white color palette and a one-of-one edition made in a monochromatic black color palette.

Both artworks feature 3D animated visuals created by Peter Saville, accompanied by a recently recorded soundtrack by Stephen Morris. It also incorporates unheard vocal samples by Ian Curtis from the late Joy Division.

Finally, it's happening! Moonbirds are going to conquer the moon! This significant moment will happen within the Lunaprise Museum space mission. A group of 254 Astro Moonbirds, distinguished by their "Space Helmet" trait, will be sent to the moon in an indestructible time capsule alongside other 222 iconic artworks spanning the various realms. By the way, the Moonbirds collection is honored to be the only one PFP series featured in the Lunaprise Museum. Congrats!

This highly anticipated event is scheduled for this autumn. 50 holders of Moonbirds with the “Space Helmet” trait will be invited to witness the launch at the Kennedy Space Center, followed by a grand black-tie gala dinner to celebrate the moment. Additionally, a select few of the invited collectors will get commemorative presents, including exclusive jackets adorned with embroidered patches.
