NFT Event of the Week
Wine Barrel Gets Immortalized in the Non-Fungible Realm
Wine lovers and aficionados! It’s time to embrace a classic wine barrel as it gets immortalized in the NFT world. The Louis Vuitton-owned rosé wine producer, Château d'Esclans, has joined forces with the BlockBar marketplace to launch a wine-themed NFT auction.
A barrel of Garrus will become the first rosé to be exclusively auctioned using BlockBar’s newly launched leaderboard technology. The barrel will be distributed into four quarters, implying that there will be four owners of the auctioned wine. Each quarter will be auctioned at a starting price of $22,000 until May 31st. Owners of the wine-themed NFTs can resell their tokens on the BlockBar marketplace until June 21st.
Here’s the fun part! NFT holders can request the wine in any of the four bottling formats. They can decide to receive the physical bottles or resell them via BlockBar. All four Garrus rosé owners will be allowed to bring three additional guests to a VIP tour of the winery and its vineyards on September 13th, partake in tasting with the winemaker, and have lunch with the wine producer’s founder. Now that’s an experience of a lifetime!

NFT Drop of the Week
Fairy Tail Collectibles
Animoca Brands, a renowned game software firm, has collaborated with NFT marketplace Quidd to unveil a collection of digital cards featuring characters from the epic manga series Fairy Tail.
Dubbed FAIRY TAIL, the upcoming collection will feature fan-favorite characters like Natsu, Lucy, and Erza in their unforgettable scenes. Key scenes were captured from the series and transformed into digital cards under the supervision of the manga’s creator, Hiro Mashima.
There will be 29 characters in the collection, offered in packs and multiple rarities. The Standard Pack will contain a set of three cards. The Ultra Pack will feature six cards, and the Mega Pack will hold 10 cards.
Whether you’re an anime lover or a non-fungible degen, there’s a place for you in the upcoming drop. Keep your eyes peeled and mark your calendar to join in!
