Unlock Your Inner Steez With SnakeDice Collectibles
Hey, Community!
Like the unending shimmering waves of a sea, the non-fungible realm has shown its ability to stay forever. Regardless of what critics may say or do, the non-fungible waters will keep flowing. Our weekly highlights attest to this.
A Web3 gaming platform was slammed with a Wells Notice over its non-fungible endeavors. Still, this has no hold on its growth as it fights for NFT freedom. We’d also explore a collection that moves you to embrace the beauty in imperfection and ugliness. Our final highlight celebrates a stylish, non-fungible snake called Burnie. Watch out, as our top Web3 lineups for the week leave you flabbergasted.

NFT News of the Week
CyberKongz Fight for NFTs
Web3 gaming platform CyberKongz is the latest to come under the radar of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as it received a Wells Notice from the agency. Since April 2021, the SEC has probed the ape-themed game ecosystem over its Genesis Kongz NFT drop.
The SEC claims that every token must be registered as a security before being offered to users. On the flip side, threats such as these have no hold on non-fungibility. CyberKongz expressed its commitment to fighting for a more straightforward regulatory pathway for the NFT verse. This move aligns with other non-fungible projects seeking a clearer non-fungible ecosystem.
Are you just as optimistic about the result of the quest for non-fungible freedom as CyberKongz? Well, you’ll be once you digest the details of the news.
NFT Drop of the Week
Charm of the Ugly
It’s time to embrace the beauty in imperfection. Welcome to the Charm of the Ugly collection, where each AI-generated 4K-piece collectibles challenges the conventional beauty standards. Instead of striving for perfection, each PFP is intentionally flawed and distorted.
Each collectible has unique styles and emotions. The imperfect nature of the collection causes these distorted-looking art pieces to appear to melt and have rough surfaces. Every character is born from a complex combination of prompts, blending algorithms, and artistic styles. These prompts have been carefully fine-tuned to ensure the uniqueness of each piece.
Here’s the beautiful part: Holders of these collectibles are eligible for exclusive ecosystem perks, such as membership in a private community and early access to future drops. Are you ready to embrace the beautiful imperfection? Mark your calendar and join the drop.
